Warranties and Return policy

At VaincaTXour goal is to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Below we will explain to you the general conditions for returns, exchanges and warranties, applicable to all our products, unless stated otherwise explicitly.

1. Satisfaction guarantee

If the product you received it is not to your liking or does not meet your expectationsyou can request a refund under the following conditions:

  • You have to notify us by e-mail within 3 calendar days following the date on which the package listed as “delivered”.

  • Once approved the return process, you'll have 3 days to send us the product.

  • The instructions for the return shipment will be provided by e-mail

Requirements:

  • The product must be complete and in perfect condition, including its original packaging, manuals, accessories, and no signs of use.

  • If the product comes in blister closed, this must not have been opened.

  • In products with parts or consumables, those open or incomplete will be deducted from the refund.

Once received and reviewed the product, we will refund the value of the item (excluding shipping charges) within a period of not more than 5 working days.

2. Warranty Factory Default (30 days)

All of our products are covered by a one year warranty 30 calendar days against manufacturing defects, counted from the day you receive your order.

If within this period you detect a fault, please:

  1. Contact us with photographic evidence or video.

  2. We will show you how to return the product for review.

Conditions:

  • The cost of shipping the product to our warehouse the responsibility of the customer.

  • If it is confirmed that the product has factory default, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

  • If the product no failurethe customer must cover the cost of forwarding.

3. Cases that do NOT apply the warranty

The warranty is void in the following cases:

  • Misuse, neglect, or mishandling of the product.

  • Bumps, cracks or visible damage.

  • Use of tools is not recommended (e.g. drivers, tweezers, etc).

  • Handling, tampering or opening of the product without authorization.

  • Damage caused by external factors (climate, humidity, extreme heat, etc).

  • Natural wear and tear for long-term use, especially in packaging or consumables.

  • When the product has not been operated in accordance with the manual or instructions.

4. General recommendations

  • Always keep your proof of purchase and the original packaging.

  • If your product requires installation or maintenance, be sure to follow the manufacturer's recommendations.

  • Some products (such as those that use gas, batteries, pressure, etc) require specific care. Check out their manuals and recommendations.
