At VaincaTX<\/b>our goal is to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Below we will explain to you the general conditions for returns, exchanges and warranties, applicable to all our products, unless stated otherwise explicitly.<\/p>\n

1. Satisfaction guarantee<\/h3>\n

If the product you received it is not to your liking or does not meet your expectations<\/strong>you can request a refund under the following conditions:<\/p>\n

    You have to notify us by e-mail within 3 calendar days<\/strong> following the date on which the package listed as \u201cdelivered\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Once approved the return process, you'll have 3 days to send us the product<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    The instructions for the return shipment will be provided by e-mail<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The product must be complete and in perfect condition<\/strong>, including its original packaging, manuals, accessories, and no signs of use.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      If the product comes in blister closed<\/strong>, this must not have been opened<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      In products with parts or consumables, those open or incomplete<\/strong> will be deducted from the refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Once received and reviewed the product, we will refund the value of the item<\/strong> (excluding shipping charges) within a period of not more than 5 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      2. Warranty Factory Default (30 days)<\/h3>\n

      All of our products are covered by a one year warranty 30 calendar days<\/strong> against manufacturing defects, counted from the day you receive your order.<\/p>\n

      If within this period you detect a fault, please:<\/p>\n

        Contact us with photographic evidence or video.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        We will show you how to return the product for review.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          The cost of shipping the product to our warehouse the responsibility of the customer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          If it is confirmed that the product has factory default<\/strong>, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          3. Cases that do NOT apply the warranty<\/h3>\n

            Bumps, cracks or visible damage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Use of tools is not recommended (e.g. drivers, tweezers, etc).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Handling, tampering or opening of the product without authorization.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Damage caused by external factors (climate, humidity, extreme heat, etc).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Natural wear and tear for long-term use, especially in packaging or consumables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            When the product has not been operated in accordance with the manual or instructions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            4. General recommendations<\/h3>\n

              Always keep your proof of purchase and the original packaging.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              If your product requires installation or maintenance, be sure to follow the manufacturer's recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Some products (such as those that use gas, batteries, pressure, etc) require specific care. Check out their manuals and recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
